Technical projects and execution details (PTh DE)
The technical project includes the technical and economic solutions to achieve the investment objective, on the basis of which the authorized construction works are executed. The execution details, drawn up in accordance with the law and verified for the essential quality requirements in construction by technical verifiers attested in accordance with the law, detail the technical project in order to execute the authorized construction works.
Technical expertise
The technical expertise of constructions is mandatory every time changes are made to a building. The expert is the only specialist who can determine whether or not the resistance structure is affected by interventions, or whether or not a resistance structure presents a seismic risk.
Technical reports and specifications
The technical report is a descriptive document that details the activities on each phase of the technological process in SMART terms and with specific allocation of space, equipment, worker and time.
Intervention work authorization documentation (DALI)
We simplify the process of drawing up construction authorization documentation, representation to obtain from town halls and institutions the necessary approvals and agreements for authorization and to carry out technical expertise.
Abolition/demolition projects
Demolition, decommissioning or dismantling - partial or total - of constructions and related installations, as well as any facilities, is done only on the basis of the dismantling authorization obtained in advance from the local administration authorities. We handle every step of the process.

This activity validates the act of creation that is the design and, in addition, has the role of identifying, quantifying and minimizing any negative phenomenon that may come between the thinking of the designers and the reality of the application on the ground.
Preliminary measurements and general quotations
The pre-measurement is the basis of any estimate. Its preparation will depend on the construction technology and the experience of the technologist who elaborates it. If it is proven that the project is feasible, the general estimate of the investment is made.
